Gazipur District is a district of Bangladesh located in the central region of the country. It is located in the Dhaka Division, bordered by Mymensingh and Tangail districts to the north, Dhaka and Narayanganj districts to the south, Manikganj district to the east, and Tangail and Jamalpur districts to the west.
