Shapla Pond
In front of the bamboo garden, you will see a huge shapla pond. There are many big coconut trees around the bank of the Shapla pond.

There is not much water in Shapla Pond this time. But here too the reform work is worth noting. The perimeter of the hill has been increased more than ever before.

There are also tools for sitting on the side of the pond. However, there is a large visitor camp on the north side of the pond. There is a bamboo garden next to it.

Padma nest at  Botanical Garden

There is a beautiful road through the bamboo garden to reach Padma-nest from Shapala Pond.

If you walk a bit along the forest road, you will actually see Padma Neer in front. Padma Neer is currently in a dilapidated condition. I saw algae on the building. Next to the Padma Neer is the famous Padmapukur.

After staying on the banks of Padmapukur for some time, I took a right turn and left for Aslam Watch Tower. The watchtower is quite high. But it's off now.

Just below this watchtower is a Tong shop. Here you will find everything from tea biscuits to cold water, cold drinks, and dry food.

If you have time, you can sit here and drink tea. You will like it. I drank some tea.
