Bali Tour in Photo Album

Bali Rice Terrace Tour

It was an amazing place to site see on the whole Bali tour for me. I have never seen the rice terrace before like this lovely place. Don't miss this place when you visit Bali

Bali Island isn’t only about White Sandy Beaches. It offers more than your expectation. Bali Rice Terraces are stunning and soothing nature treasures. Wonderful green scenery that will be ready to impress your eyes.

When in the rice paddies you can see the water running in narrow channels between the terraces and down through the raw earth.

As a result, the ground is rather soft and muddy, and you don’t realize how narrow the walkways are between the terraces so be careful not to slip and land in one of the paddies!
Once on the rice terrace, expect to get sweaty! You’ll be climbing up and down the terrace along narrow, grassy paths, and may get muddy.

To get to Tegallalang rice terrace you will require either a motorbike or a driver to take you. The area is found about half an hour north of Ubud town center.

From the Ubud town center, take Jalan Raya as far east as you can go, and then turn north. After about 9KM, you’ll reach Tegalalang and see the terraces on your right.

The traffic on these roads gets super busy so unless you are confident driving on the tight, twisty roads then we’d recommend hiring a car with a driver (around 35 USD for a whole day including other sights).
