Complete list of North Goa Beaches

North GOA BEACHES WHAT YOU WANT TO VISIT DURING INDIA TOUR

Unlike the beaches of South Goa, the beaches of North Goa are known for their wild party. While you may be able to get some secluded and peaceful pockets, this is not the most common thing. Therefore, if you want to have some fun and unwind with some of the best teams in India, North Goa beach may be in your favour.

Another difference from the beaches of South Goa is that the sands of this region are greyer than white. Although different, these beaches are very beautiful.

Best Beaches in North Goa:

White Beach:

Boga Goa is a beach that just gets everything. You can choose between reading a book while listening or practising one of the many watercolours available.

After that, you can go to the market, where you have to buy lots of items until you get tired. And then, you still have the option, you can call it a day or you can continue and enjoy that nightlife in the beach shacks.

A place to visit: Mambos, which is recognized as one of the best places for dancing on Boga Beach

Anjana Beach:

This Goa beach has a very passionate vibe. Although music is always played, it has a more relaxed atmosphere than Boga Beach. This is probably due to the legacy of Anjana. In the 60s, it was a favourite place visited by hippies. We are not surprised to consider the beautiful nature on this beach.

Although swimming is not recommended due to a large number of rocks on the coast, you have numerous water sports options to consider.

Places to visit: If there was no place for a party, it would not be one of the beaches in North Goa. Curls are the most popular.

Calangute Beach

It is one of the most famous beaches in North Goa. So, the busiest one. Crowds of tourists and lots of shacks if you don’t mind sharing your beach time with one, then you will be able to appreciate the beauty of Calangute Beach. It is the largest beach in North Goa and it connects you with other beaches.

Words to describe the various Calangute, where you can find plenty of food, water sports for practice and clubs where you can party all night. However, you can also choose the more comfortable side of Calangute by finding a great place for the seat a bit away from the music.

Arambol Beach:

Arambol Beach presents a direct contrast with Calangute Beach. It is one of the beaches of North Goa with its exciting atmosphere. Purity and peace reign here.

Yes, there is some music going on here and there is the nightlife. However, during the day, it is a perfect place to relax, interact with nature and enjoy your time.

What you can't miss: Arambol Freshwater Lake A hidden wonder On this beach you can swim in a freshwater lagoon that you can only access once you enter. The humming of the sand of this lake has healing properties.

Morjim Beach:

If you tour between November and March, this is probably one of the most unforgettable things you will see. Olive Ridley turtle nests in these months, and it’s spectacular. The nesting season may begin in late January or early September.

Another consequence of this event is that the beach is a protected one. This means there is a minimum number of shakes, which is not exactly the case on the beach. Moreover, there is no party at Morjim Beach.

This can be exciting if you have a calm encounter with nature. However, if you want to be loose at night, then you can consider another beach that you mentioned to us.

Candolim Beach:

The three most popular beaches in North Goa are Boga, Calangute and Candolim. Of these three, Candolim is less crowded throughout the year. Therefore, plenty of beach beds and umbrellas are available.

You can relax while sunbathing or you can explore some things on the beach. There is a ship called River Princess which has become a tourist attraction. It has been stuck on the coast for 19 years.

There are also beautiful Dandy Candolim observations. With so many dining options, you don’t have to bring your own food if you’re interested in trying local food.

Mandram Beach:

Mandrem Beach stands among the beaches of North Goa due to its calm and serene feel. With yoga practitioners on the beach, the view is unique. Therefore, Mandrem is not known for his team life.

Despite this, some resorts will sometimes host parties or live presentations. But it usually happens at night and it is not an everyday thing.

Take a bite: The most interesting thing about Mandram Beach is that there are healthy food options everywhere. One of the most recommended places is the verandah. These restaurants offer homemade food.

Querim Beach:

Also known as Kerry Beach, it is a Goa beach where peace is the norm. With beautiful trees all around, this beach is located in the most northern extreme region of Goa.

You have several options while you are here. You can take a ferry that will take you to Terekhol fort. This will allow you to immerse yourself in the history of Goa. You will also find that the Terekhal River meets the Arabian Sea, a sight to behold.

Vagator Beach:

Just when you reach Vagator Beach, you get a beautiful view that is impossible to forget. Vagator is an attractive beach because it is quiet during the day but it is bright at night.

You can relax, practise water sports, or explore the beach. There are so many shacks and the food is amazing. The many options you have when eating out make Vagator so popular among tourists.

Where to eat: Thalassa Vagator is one of the most famous restaurants, you can try some other great options. Enterprise Beach Restaurant also serves a variety of delicious food.

Chapora Beach:

Turquoise water, beautiful sand and lava rock. What more can we ask for? Chapora beach is considered as one of the most beautiful beaches in North Goa. The confluence of the Chapora River with the Arabian Sea is another thing to enjoy here.

There is a nightlife here but it is different from other beaches in North Goa. In Campora, there are plenty of pubs made entirely of natural items. You can have a drink while listening to some music there, or just enjoying the sound of the waves.

Horse Beach:

Ashwame Beach is the largest beach in North Goa. Despite having a huge number of tourists, it helps you to make it your own. You can stay close to Shakespeare or find more secluded places if you like.

One of the curiosities about Ashwame beach is that it has become a habitat for many expatriates. Many foreigners have bought land there and some have even owned their bags. It gives you many more multicultural experiences.

Where to eat: There are many places to eat on the beach at Ashram. You can go to local food or international food. Many people like to eat the elevator.

Kansaulim Beach:

Known as one of the best beaches for water sports practice, Consolim has plenty to offer. You will see two spectacular churches, St. Thomas and Three King.

You can get a view of the Portuguese architecture that has influenced Goa so much. You can also visit the village of Kansaulim, where you can get a real sense of how the locals live.

Things to see: If you visit the area in January, you will be able to see the annual Three Kings Church festival. It is a moment of celebration for the whole local people.

Ojran Beach:

This beach is also called Little Vagator Beach. This is because it is very close to Vagator. However, access to Ozran is not the easiest. You have to climb a little higher to get there.

However, be sure to take a look around you when you are climbing the small hill. It's suffocating. If you are interested in stargazing, consider going to Ozran at night. You will just be surprised.

Remember: Since this part of India has become quite popular, the secluded spot may be more crowded than you would expect in certain months.

Donna Pala Beach:

Forbidden love stories surrounding this beach. There is an impressive monument depicting a man and a woman. The story goes that Donna Paula fell in love with a Goan man, which is not allowed. However, no one knows the real origin of the idol.

This rubbish of Goan history is one of the things that attracts many visitors to this beach. Furthermore, it is safe for both water swimming and practice, which is a plus.

What to see: We have mentioned the confluence of different rivers, including the Arabian Sea. However, in Dona Pala, you will see the confluence of the two rivers Juara and Mandovi.

Syncurim Beach:

This Goa beach is one of the most famous. This is because here you can practice different sports water scooters have different options for renting your equipment starting from parasailing.

There is also a historical part of the synagogue. It is very close to the Aguada fort, an option you can explore if you are not interested in boating or exploring the sea.

Remember: Be sure to check the terms and conditions of any equipment you are renting. Also, try to practice your sport somewhere easily visible.

Miramar Beach:

This beach has the bonus of staying in Panjim. It is usually very clean and there is no shaking on the beach. However, right next to the food, the street is full of street food vendors.

There are lots of casino cruises here. Many people like to visit Miramar in the evening. However, it is also safe for swimming, so you can go during the day.

Remember: it can be very crowded during the tourist season.

Kalacha Beach:

This beach is unique. It’s not so popular, which makes it perfect if you search for some solitude and relaxation. The main attraction of this Goa beach is the sweet water

You can take a mud bath, wash in the sea and go to the lagoon. Three completely different experiences in the same place.

What to eat: Remember how lonely your food is, there are no shakes or restaurants here.

Things to consider
Since Goa beach can be a party scene, you should take precautions when going back to the bar. While Goa is generally safe, there are a few things to keep in mind:

When partying:

There is nothing wrong with having fun and enjoying the nightlife on the beaches of Goa. But you should go with someone. If you have made a friend during your stay or when you meet someone while the sun is shining, invite them to consider the number is always safe.

Do not leave your drink unattended. As you should not do in any other region. If you leave the bar to go dance, get a new one once you come back.

Don't go out alone at night: This is especially true if you drink a little too much. Don’t walk alone on the beach or on a dark street at night.

At the beach:

If you have any valuables, it is best not to bring them to the beach. This is even more important when you are alone. If you are with someone you can keep an eye on when you go swimming, ask them for this little favour.

Respect the tide: As we said before, sometimes the tide can come too. Although most beaches are very quiet, there are exceptions. Besides, once you enter, the sudden drops are sorry. It is better to be safe than sorry.

Transportation

If you are riding a scooter, always forget to wear a helmet. You could be seriously injured in an accident. Also, the police can stop you. If you get in a taxi at night, make sure the driver is not infected. After all, always agree on a price before the car starts.

3 Important Reasons To Use The Lens Hood

The Lens Hood
Camera with Lens Hood

Using a lens hood is often very necessary.

What is the lens hood?

A lens hood is a camera accessory attached to a lens-head that is attached like a hat or helmet.

Why does Lens hood use?

We usually use a hat or helmet for 3 reasons-

  1. Protect from intense sunlight;
  2. To protect the head;
  3. Get an attractive look.

The same can be said of lens hoods. Now we don't know about the need to use lens hood -

Lens hood improves image quality by blocking strong sunlight

This is the main reason for using the lens hood. A camera lens contains different types of convex or concave lens elements. There are about 10 types of lens elements in starter level lenses and about 20 types of lens elements in high-grade lenses.

When intense sunlight or any other light enters the lens during photography, it is reflected in the lens elements, due to which the image quality deteriorates. The picture shows flaring or ghosting or different spots.

When the lens hood is attached, it acts as a visor, preventing sunlight from entering angularly. The lens hood can resist unnecessary light for photography.

Benefits of Photo taken with the lens hood attached.

The lens hood only resists unwanted light coming from the side, not the light coming from the front. Recently, a special coating has been applied to the lens which reduces the reflection of unnecessary light on the lens.

The lens hood protects the lens from injury and dust

A big reason to use a lens hood is that it protects the lens. It is very common to hit something directly when using the camera. If the lens hood is fitted at such a time, the lens is protected if it does not hurt too much.

If you notice this hood, you can see many scratch marks on it. If there was no hood, there would be such scratches directly on the lens.

When shooting without using the lens hood, the hand often touches the front of the lens unintentionally or unintentionally and fingerprints fall off. Even when taking pictures of children or pets, their handprints on the lens face or in many cases they can bite or lick. If you use a lens hood, you will not have to face these problems.

The lens hood makes the camera interesting to look

When it comes to fashion sense, we often use a lot of things to present ourselves in a beautiful way. Naturally, using the lens hood in the camera gives a cool look. Many people make the lens hood look more beautiful by putting different types of stickers on the lens hood or other types of decoration.

The picture with the lens hood shows a complete difference if you investigate. It has changed the look of the lens a lot. Putting the hood upside down in the picture on the right has made a difference in its look.

Hassle-free Air Travel Tips

Hassle-free Air Travel Tips

7 tips for hassle-free air travel

Regular air travel may introduce you to some new techniques. I have tried to learn some such strategies from regular passengers. If you have little or no air travel experience, here are 7 easy strategies for you today.

Check-in online

To get a flight check-in at the airport you have to get quite fast. There is always a huge line at the check-in. If you do not want to leave home 3 hours before the flight, check-in online. It doesn't take more than 10 minutes to check-in online.

Measure the weight before going out with the bag

Each airline has its own rules regarding the weight of luggage. Most airlines are allowed to carry up to 33 kg with the weight of the carry-on bag. If you are unsure about bag clearance, know your airline's policy in advance. Then measure the weight of your bag to make sure you are within the weight policy. If you go outside the policy, you will either have to take a clearance with extra money for extra weight or leave some things behind.

Stay away from food on the plane

The price of airfare is expensive. So with a little preparation, it is possible to save some money for food. Keep with dry foods like chocolate, chips, cookies. While airfare is expensive, not all airfare is good. Eating chocolate-chips is much better than buying cheap airline junk food at extra prices.

Carry things in your pocket

Before security check, take everything out of your pocket except your personal mobile and keep it in a carry-on bag. This will make your security check very fast and will also benefit everyone else in line.

Take pictures of parking spaces

Airport parking is usually huge. It is very normal to forget where you have parked. Finding a car in such a large parking lot is an added hassle. So after parking the car, take a picture on your mobile. It will be convenient to find a car.

Seat picking

If you book a flight ticket in advance, you can book the seat of your choice from the numerous empty seats. Try to book tickets online and choose a seat by sight. Try to book a first-row seat by the window. The advantage of sitting in the first row is that there is a huge space for foot fair. Stay away from the seat next to the toilet.

Family room in the airport lounge

If you plan to fly with your family, you can take access to the airport lounge. Spending alone in the lounge can be expensive. However, if you enter the lounge with your family, it is possible to recover the expenses. The lounge has a variety of facilities such as breakfast, entertainment, TV, WiFi.

By adopting these strategies you can make your trip comfortable. With the right strategy, you can enjoy first-class travel at the expense of the economy class.

Photography Principle for New Photographer

Photography Principle for New Photographer

Basic Principle of Photography

The basic principle of photography hold the camera and make a lot of mistakes. Throw yourself and your art out there and see what works and what doesn’t work. Get your stuff looked at by real friends that give you frank feedback.

Try to understand the following terms of photo making elements-
Brightness. Eyes are immediately attracted to the brightest part of the photograph. That’s why you see so many print ads that are just a page of white space, Tyler says. In these instances, the creative director is brilliantly using brightness to transfix your eyes and direct your vision to the campaign message — which is often smack dab in the middle of the white page. Use highlights to illuminate and attract, but make sure you don’t blow out.

Focus.
The eye is naturally drawn to the sharp things in your frame, explains Tyler. Clarity of vision is pleasing to the eye, as well as to the brain. There’s a reason we have eyeglasses to see better; blurred or unfocused vision is a dangerous and painful irritant — and, as such, the eye quickly finds the clearest, sharpest elements.

Clutter.
The eye doesn’t want to have to sift through a mess of objects in order to find the true subject of your image. When there is too much noise in a photograph, the eyes have nothing to settle down and focus on, explains Tyler, who uses this aversion to clutter to his advantage. “I can direct my viewers’ eyes to what I want them to see,” Tyler says.

What is the Zoom for Camera Lens?

What exactly is zoom? How much is needed?

Zoom with the camera lens is an important term for DSLR camera, also important to select the right zooming to the purpose of the requirement. Here's how far you can take a picture. Calculations are expressed in millimetres. It has two values, near size is called wide and long-distance is called telephoto.

Wide-angle shows more of the front view, this tends to get smaller in telephoto, resulting in a smaller part. For example 25-250mm, it means 25mm in wide-angle, 250mm in telephoto.

It can be written as 10x. X means the multiplier of the value of the wide-angle. There are currently 35x (640mm) point-and-shoot cameras (Canon SX30IS).

The zoom that has been talked about for so long is the lens. There is also another thing called digital zoom. The software does this. If you want to get a good quality picture, it is better to keep it out of the calculation.

How much zoom camera you will use depends on the type of image. If you have a hobby of taking pictures of birds, the more the better.

If you need to take pictures of family, nature, etc., then you don't need much zoom. The better the picture of the flower from near, the better the picture from a telephoto.

In SLR cameras, one lens can be opened and another can be fitted. So users use different types of lenses from wide to super-telephoto.

You need to zoom in as far as you want to take pictures (300mm +). Inexpensive SLR cameras are provided with 18-55mm lenses for normal operation as a kit lens.

Experts say 85mm is needed for a good portrait. For this 85 mm prime lens is available. Some use a 135mm or 200mm lens.

Camera Storing Tips for Photographers

How to keep your Camera Fit all the time

Anyone who loves to take pictures is always very careful about their camera. Do you also fall into that group? If you love to take pictures, you have to take care of the instrument before the puja. The friendship of the camera should not be forgotten to relay all the memories from Panchami to Dashmi, Sindurkhela, sweet face after immersion.

So follow some precautions. Be careful not to let dust, sand, water, or moisture damage your expensive camera in any way. Hadish bought the camera and took care of it after that.

If you haven't bought a 'camera cleaning kit' at the time of buying the camera, buy that kit now. Although the kit costs a bit more, the kit is a must to take care of your camera.

Don't like the free bag with a camera at all? Going out on the street with the camera in hand? Doing so will increase the risk. There are various camera bags available in the market. So take the camera in your bag. This will protect your camera.

It is best to clean the lens body and lens glass of the camera with a soft brush. When cleaning the zoom lens, the lens should be moved to the maximum zooming position.

Use a 'hand air blower' to clean the dust and dirt that has accumulated inside the camera. In this case, never use a canned air blower, as excessive pressure can damage the camera.

Use a ‘microfiber’ cloth to clean the lens glass. Clean the lens by turning the cloth in a circular motion from the centre of the lens to the outside.
