The most popular wildlife photographers in the world

Some of the most popular wildlife photographers in the world

Ordinary people are very curious about the daily life of nature and wildlife. And because of that curiosity, many people fall in love with wildlife photographers. Because of that love, many people want to choose wildlife photography as a profession. With cameras and lenses in their hands, they set out in search of the unknown, crossing various dangerous paths.

Surviving by falling in front of wild beasts in the jungle, and surviving danger in a fast-moving river or slippery mountain path is a daily occurrence in the lives of wildlife photographers. Even then, those people are constantly attracted by the wild smell of nature and the arrogance of the fauna

Uncovering the elusive beauty of the roughness of nature or the boundless beauty of the bluish-green, looking for an endangered animal or watching the life of an animal up close, keeping an eye on the camera lens after waking up night after night. Realizing this, an extraordinary picture is going to be captured on his camera.

In fact, those who love wildlife photography are not unaware of this danger. Their passion for nature and biodiversity helps them to choose this profession. Today, I will learn about some of the wildlife photographers whose photography is wildlife, but their content is very diverse.

But he has also traveled to various coastal areas of Australia, such as North Stradbrook Island and Queensland. He has also gained a good reputation as a writer.

Various aspects of his photography are the main elements of his writing. He is always vocal about the imbalances that are constantly occurring in nature and their various effects on biodiversity. This deep anxiety is evident in his writings as well as in his paintings. Among the books, he wrote was ‘The Night of the Bears’, ‘And Diary of a Wildlife Photographer in the Finnish Taiga’. Stefano won the most awards as an Italian wildlife photographer in 2006, 2011, and 2016.

The subject of his photography is wildlife from all over the world. Not only in Africa but in all the deep jungles of different countries of the world, he has taken pictures of various moments of wildlife. From elephants to rare species of red tree frogs or flying predatory eagles - everything has come upon his camera.

Alan McFadyen, Scotland

Alan McFadyen from Scotland has taken a total of 620,000 photographs in his six-year photography career. But he thinks he took the perfect shot recently. Wildlife photography is his passion. In her words, she has been trying for six long years to take a picture that will make her photography life worthwhile. Tried after trying. Waited thousands of hours.

At last that rare moment was caught in his lens, the fisherman was fishing by diving into the water. Alan wanted to take the picture of that 'dive'. Eventually, he succeeded with a long effort and a test of patience. One of his childhood memories involved taking pictures of the life of a fisherman. One day, teenager Alan was walking along the village path with his grandfather.

The image of that extraordinary moment captured on Alan's lens is 'Fish fishing by dipping in the water'; Image Source: Pinterest

Suddenly his eyes caught the fish to dive into the water and after a few moments, the fish came out of the water with the fish in its mouth. That picture was etched in Alan's mind. Since then try. The fisherman jumps into the water five times a day. And Alan used to try to take five such shots every day.

Teiji Saga, Japan

The story of Teiji Sagar is also quite interesting. This Japanese photographer has become world-famous for taking pictures of ducks. The story of his introduction to the outside world as a wildlife photographer is also quite interesting. Teiji's photography business was doing well in one of the busiest places in Japan with three rooms. He didn't like taking pictures of people anymore. Suddenly it seemed that the joy of life must be found in a different way.

And that's when Teiji Saga started thinking about wildlife photography at the age of 40. One day he saw a picture of a flock of flying ducks on television, and while watching this picture, Saga also chose the subject of his photography. And not any other picture, only the picture of the duck has to be captured from now on.

On the same day, he went out with a camera in search of ducks. That's the beginning. Every year from October to April, after enduring the severe winter, he would keep an eye on the viewfinder of the camera and watch the movement of the ducks with one mind.

In 1971, Teiji Saga joined a photo exhibition. Later a beautiful book with his picture was also published, called ‘Swans’. The book later became quite popular. However, his name was not so well known in the world. Maybe he was just an ordinary amateur photographer. The eyes of the whole world would not fall on him. Suddenly a small incident turned a corner in his life.

The key to Sagar's success is his Hassel Blood camera made in Sweden. This rare and expensive camera is Sagar's long 30-year companion. Only professional photographers in Japan used this camera. Suddenly the camera goes bad. Trying not to fix it, he decided to send it to the head office of Hassel Blood Camera in Sweden. Wrote a letter with the camera. Attached to the letter were some pictures of the duck taken with that camera. He wrote in the letter that the camera should be repaired properly so that he could start taking pictures of the ducks again.

Hasselblad's president was so pleased to see Sagara's picture that he not only repaired the camera but sent Saga another new one. He also invited her to come to Sweden and take pictures of the ducks. Saga seemed to get the moon in her hand.

Ducks make their home in Japan in the winter and raise their young in Siberia in the summer. In 1981, Saga wandered in the wetlands of northern Sweden in search of ducks. He was immersed in his work for three months. He got the value of his tireless work when his pictures ‘Hassel Blood p. R. Magazine.

In 1986, a picture of a sea duck appeared on the 6 pages of American Life Magazine. In 1990, Sagar, a well-known German publishing house, published a beautiful book on Sagar's work. It was at this time that Sagar was named one of the seven best nature photographers in the world by Life magazine. Saga is the man whose picture has not been the subject of controversy among Life magazine judges.
